How it works:
(1) If possible, call and tentatively set up your appointment during later pregnancy, around week 36, to give me a heads up that you will be needing portraits soon.Then, call as soon as possible when baby is born to set up your session. Because babies change so quickly, it is best to get your session within the first 2 weeks of your baby's birth so as to capture that magical time during your baby's first days.
(2) I will come to your home and take portraits of your new baby. This includes poses with Mom, Dad, siblings, etc. Sessions usually take 1-3 hours on average. Time is dependant on the newborns needs that arise. Patience is the key to great portraits at this age. Waiting for a fed and rested baby is worth the time! Mornings tend to bring optimum results from newborns.
(3) Pictures will be ready in approximately 2 weeks.
Newborn home portraits.......$150
This includes session fees, picture proofs (up to 12 proofs) and a DVD presentation of pictures. Additional pictures and DVDs can be purchased. A CD of pictures with copyrights released may also be purchased.
